For flights, the main airport close by is Miami International.
The Ft. Lauderdale airport is a good backup option - the flights may be less expensive - but it is about an hour away, so it's best to fly in and out of Miami.

Picture it now. 
Hop into your window seat (aisle if you prefer).  Order a cocktail or a relaxing tea.  Land refreshed in the Miami Airport. Have an Uber™ or Lyft™ waiting as you glide out of the airport..  Slide right into the back seat and arrive at a nearby hotel or Airbnb™ for just $30. 

We recommend you fly in on Friday and leave on Sunday night or Monday.
